  • $0

to join: we earn together or not at all

per metro: exclusivity is earned, then protected

  • 10 specialist firms

    delivering behind your client relationships

Why partner with us

Every one of your clients now needs to change. That has never been bad news for consultants.

Nobody hires a consultant to keep things exactly as they are. Consulting demand has always followed change; AI is forcing more simultaneous change on mid-market businesses than anything in decades. Your clients are asking who they should trust on it. The question is whether the answer is you.

The talent trap

Building an AI practice means recruiting engineers you can't easily evaluate, at salaries your billing model can't carry, in a market where the best ones won't move to a mid-size consultancy anyway.

The credibility gap

Advising on AI without the ability to implement it leaves your recommendations on the shelf and leaves your client shopping for whoever can actually build.

The real asset

What can't be recruited, at any salary, is what you already own: years of trust with clients who take your calls. That's the scarce side of this market. We have the other side.

What we believe

The best AI solutions are never built by AI experts alone. They are built alongside experts in other domains, industries, functions, and regions. With VentureFactory.ai's consultant partnership program, we bring the AI. You bring everything else it needs to understand.

The partnership model

Two revenue streams.
Zero build cost.

You introduce a one-hour AI opportunity session to clients you believe can benefit. We do the engineering. The economics flow both ways.

20–30% of implementation revenue

When an AI60 session with your client becomes an implementation delivered by the Collective, you receive a share of that revenue, up to 30%, tiered by your role: highest when you stay engaged through delivery, because that's when projects succeed.

The transformation work stays yours

Every AI implementation creates consulting work around it: process redesign, change management, training rollout, operating-model updates. That work is yours: sold by you, billed by you, at your rates. Your methods don't become redundant in an AI transition. They become the wrapper every implementation needs.

Nothing to build, nobody to hire

No tech payroll, no delivery risk on your books, no practice to staff. You bring client understanding. We bring ten specialist AI companies. Neither of us pretends to be the other.

How it works

It starts with AI60.

AI60 is the lowest-risk recommendation you will ever make to a client. One structured hour that maps every AI opportunity across their business. It's followed by a detailed written report of the kind usually reserved for Big-4 engagements.

One hour. Every AI opportunity in their business.

Your client leaves with a prioritized opportunity catalog: each use case with its impact, indicative scale of investment and where to begin. They choose what to pursue. No obligation, no lock-in. You look like the advisor who brought them clarity, whatever they decide next.

$200

per session: deliberately priced so recommending it is effortless

How it works

From first call to first shared dollar.

  1. Talk to us

A direct call with one of our operating partners. We learn your firm and clients; you stress-test the model. If it's not a fit, we'll both know in thirty minutes.

  2. Sign & get equipped

A simple partnership agreement, a partner kit, sample AI60 report, positioning materials, session mechanics and a joint announcement to your local market if you want one.

  3. Open doors

You introduce AI60 to clients you judge can benefit. You can sit in on every session. Most partners do. Your client hears everything we hear.

  4. Share what follows

Implementations the client chooses are delivered by the Collective's specialists. You receive your revenue share and sell the transformation work that surrounds every build.

The part that matters most

Your client stays your client. Contractually.

We know exactly what we're asking: an introduction to relationships you've built over decades. So the rules of engagement are written down, not implied.

We never sell to your client without you in the room

No side conversations, no cross-selling, no "we'll take it from here." Every commercial discussion with your client includes you, for as long as the partnership stands.

You present the findings if you choose

The AI60 report can be delivered by you, with us as the technical bench behind you. In your market, under your brand relationship, you remain the trusted advisor, because you are.

Non-solicitation, in writing

Every partnership agreement carries a non-solicitation clause covering your clients and your people. We are structurally a delivery partner, not a competitor with a warm-up act.

Who delivers

Not an agency. A collective of specialists.

VentureFactory.AI is a collective of specialist AI companies: each independently led, each narrowly focused, all working on one shared data foundation so every solution compounds instead of creating another silo. When your client's implementation needs three specialisms, it gets all three, delivered as one.

Territory & announcement

One committed partner per metro.

We would rather have one partner who owns their market than ten logos on a page. Metro exclusivity is real; it's earned: partners who actively work their territory hold it, protected. Partnerships begin non-exclusive; performance converts them.

Your market, protected

Within an earned territory, we don't sign competing partners and inbound opportunities from your metro route to you. Defined boundaries, reviewed on results, renewed on performance.

Announced together

If you want it, we launch the partnership publicly: a joint announcement to your local business press positioning your firm as the one in your market with a full AI delivery capability behind it. Your story, your market, our name behind yours.

Fit

Who this is built for.

Already running an AI practice? Even better. Talk to us about being the engineering depth behind it.

You run the company.

  • An established consulting firm: strategy, operations, organizational, or general management
  • Serving mid-market clients who trust you with real decisions
  • Watching AI reshape your clients' questions, with or without an AI practice of your own
  • Interested in owning your metro rather than dabbling

Probably not a fit if you are

  • A staffing or recruiting firm
  • A marketing or creative agency
  • Looking to broker one-off leads without client involvement
  • A software reseller seeking another product line

Questions

Asked by every consultant we've spoken to.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no fee, no minimum, no retainer. The program pays for itself only when implementations happen; we earn together or not at all.

What exactly is expected of me?

Judgment, mostly. Introduce AI60 to clients you genuinely believe can benefit, stay involved in the conversations and be honest with us about what your market is saying. There are no quotas to join; performance only comes into play for holding territory exclusivity.

Who actually delivers the implementations?

The collective's specialist companies, with delivery scheduled around your client's working hours. You'll know the delivery lead on every engagement and nothing reaches your client without your visibility.

Do I need any technical people on my side?

No. That's the point. You bring the client understanding and the change-management muscle; we bring the engineering. If you have technical staff, they'll have full access to ours.

Doesn't AI make my consulting methods obsolete?

The opposite, in our experience. Every AI implementation succeeds or fails on process redesign, adoption and change management, the exact repertoire you've spent years building. AI changes what businesses need to do; your craft is how organizations actually change. That pairing is the partnership.

How is the 20–30% share structured?

Tiered by involvement: the top of the range applies when you remain engaged through the engagement; a referral-only introduction earns a lower tier. Exact terms are set in the partnership agreement: simple, written and the same rules for every partner.

Who owns what?

The same way you'd expect it in any mature technology partnership. Your firm owns your client relationships, your methods and every deliverable in your consulting lane, at 100% of that revenue. The collective owns the technology it builds, including reusable components and the right to deploy them for other clients elsewhere. Your client receives full rights to use everything delivered to them and their confidential data is never reused anywhere. Your craft stays yours; our engineering stays ours; the client's data stays the client's.

My use case is unusual: is AI60 still useful?

Yes. AI60 maps opportunities across the whole business rather than fitting a client to a product. Unusual businesses tend to surface the most interesting use cases and the report says plainly where we would and would not start.

Tell us who you are. We'll take it from there.

We review every company's website before replying. No mailing lists, no automated sequences.
