Mia Sarojini Kynadi

Mia brings the Collective's AI and data science expertise, drawing on advanced education from Stanford, MIT, and Harvard, as well as prior telecommunications and software development experience with organizations including Qualcomm and Cognizant. As Managing Director of VentureFactory.AI, she helps connect the Collective's network of founders, operators, and specialists to uncover AI opportunities and translate them into products, services, and ventures with real-world impact.

Sijo Kuruvilla George

Sijo is an Operating Partner of the Collective and Co-founder & CEO of EmployAgents.AI, its agentic-AI company. A techno-commercial operator, he works across the Collective's client engagements — turning specialist builds into commercial outcomes. He co-founded MobME, one of Kerala's first student startups, was founding CEO of Startup Village — India's first PPP technology business incubator — and served as Executive Director of the Alliance of Digital India Foundation, representing India's digital startups before government and regulators. He has served on the Central Government's Science & Technology Policy expert committee on entrepreneurship.

Gopakumar S

Gopakumar is Partner & CEO of Limner Consulting and leads the data foundations and business-intelligence practice across the Collective. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, his 26-year career spans finance and SAP consulting at Tata Consultancy Services — including onsite solution design for a multinational power-and-automation major in Sweden and Switzerland — finance leadership at Steel Authority of India, and six years running a non-carbonated beverages manufacturing unit in Uganda. He describes his craft as helping businesses move from "hindsight to insight".

Vinay is an entrepreneur and investor with more than a decade of experience in venture building and early-stage investing. As Chairman of VentureFactory.AI, he oversees the Collective's strategic direction, capital allocation, and partnerships, supporting the creation and growth of AI ventures globally. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Venture Way and Chairman of Sparks Angel Network. Vinay holds an MBA from London Business School and is an alumnus of Stanford University's Venture Capital Unlocked program.
